Grad student lives in a van

A graduate student at Duke forgoes high maintenance living for a van in the student campus parking lot.

I hated my debt more than anything. I dragged it with me wherever I went. While I was still leading an exciting, adventurous life, I knew I could never truly be free until my debt was gone.

I wish I could say that I lived in accordance to a similar mindset as this student.
