Rehab in San Francisco III
The coup de grace of the trip was dinner at O Izakaya Lounge in Japantown. It’s a baseball themed bar and lounge with shared plates and lots of soju. We had a shit ton of food, and it was absolutely amazing.
We’re going to have to end the trip with a ridiculous series of plated delicacies. Nom nom nom.
The fries here were absolute insanity, especially with the dipping sauce…
Next level onion rings. I almost ate two order of onion rings on my own…
That is grade a pork fat seared so right it’s just wrong. Butter in your mouth. Eric is gonna substitute the beef in Town Hall’s burger with this seared pork fat… I look forward to the pork burger.
